- Marathon - (Early and Main Start) - 4,000
- Half Marathon - 5,000
- 8K Road Race - 2,500
- THRIFTY FOODS Kids Marathon - Kids Run - 1,000. Run or walk 1.2kms on its own or to complete the last stage of the Kids Marathon (tracker) program. Learn all about the Kids Run and the Activity and Healthy Eating Tracker program here.

Finisher Medals and Participant Shirts

2009 Finisher Medals – Marathon and Half Marathoners crossing the finish line will receive a finisher’s medal featuring artwork by local First Nations artist, Tom Spetter.
2009 Participant Shirts - Participants in the Marathon, Half Marathon and 8K Road Race will receive a New Balance technical shirt, featuring artwork by local First Nations artist, Tom Spetter if registered prior to posted deadlines. Thrifty Foods Kids Marathon – Kids Run participants will receive a 100% cotton t-shirt.
